Valentine’s Day Delivery Information

Due to the high volume of Valentine’s Day orders, deliveries are completed in order of the most efficient delivery route. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Priority delivery is given to all orders placed before 5pm on February 10th.
Priority delivery means your order will be included in our first delivery run, so your loved one receives their flowers early in the day.

With Valentine’s Day falling on a Saturday, we strongly recommend Friday delivery, allowing your flowers to be enjoyed all weekend (and ensuring the day never feels forgotten).

Saturday delivery is available at a slightly higher rate to allow for weekend penalty rates.

Customers will receive a notification when their order is on its way, and another once it has been delivered. If no one is available to accept the delivery, a photo will be provided showing where the flowers have been safely left.
