To ensure the highest quality during this high-volume period, Valentine’s Day offerings are limited in style and availability. All designs are florist’s choice within the Valentine’s colour palette, allowing our team to focus on freshness, abundance, and consistency.

Valentine’s Day Delivery Information
Due to the volume of Valentine’s Day orders, deliveries are completed in order of the most efficient delivery route, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Priority delivery is given to all orders placed before 5pm on February 10th.
Priority delivery means your order will be included in our first delivery run of the day, so your loved one receives their flowers nice and early.
With Valentine’s Day falling on a Saturday this year, we strongly encourage customers to consider Friday delivery, allowing their flowers to be enjoyed all weekend and ensuring the day never feels forgotten.
Please note that Saturday delivery is available at a slightly higher rate to allow for weekend penalty rates.
Customers will receive a notification when their order is on its way, and another once it has been delivered. If no one is available to accept the delivery, a photo will be provided showing where the flowers have been safely left.
