Don’t be fooled by the name: Ottolenghi's marinade isn’t limited to the sandwich served in pitta with dribbling tahini. This Shawarma Marinade is a smokey blend of slow-cooked onions, sweet tomatoes, cloves and cumin. Add a spoonful wherever you need a warming spice. Ideal for meats, but also as a quick coating for roasted vegetables. Steer away from leafy greens; opt for robust choices like butternut squash or celeriac.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.

We are open until 12pm on Saturday for order collection.
Orders will be delivered same day if ordered before 12pm, otherwise it will be delivered the next business day.
For Saturday collection please place your order before 11am (we close at 12pm Saturday)
For advance orders, please nominate your delivery date.
Please note, that if no one is home, we will leave the order in a conspicuous, shady spot unless otherwise requested. A second delivery charge will be applicable for orders taken to a second address or for incorrect addresses given.
