This is tomato sauce, Ottolenghi style: salty, piquant and spicy. Bold yet comforting, use wherever you would a traditional tomato sauce. Toss with pasta or use as a base for shakshuka. Some fresh herbs to finish wouldn’t go amiss.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
Ingredients: Tomatoes (31%), Concentrated Tomato Juice, Natural Caramelised Onions (17%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tomato Paste, Pitted Kalamata Olives (4%), Capers, Salt, Parsley, Sunflower Oil, Wine Vinegar, Garlic Puree, Smoked Paprika, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Dried Coriander, Dried Mixed Spices, Paprika Extract, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.

We are open until 12pm on Saturday for order collection.
Orders will be delivered same day if ordered before 12pm, otherwise it will be delivered the next business day.
For Saturday collection please place your order before 11am (we close at 12pm Saturday)
For advance orders, please nominate your delivery date.
Please note, that if no one is home, we will leave the order in a conspicuous, shady spot unless otherwise requested. A second delivery charge will be applicable for orders taken to a second address or for incorrect addresses given.
