Variants & Flavour Profiles
Bee Sting – Carolina Reaper Hot Honey
Heat Level: 3 / 5 (Medium)
Bee Sting is a decadent blend of American-sourced honey infused with sun-dried Carolina Reaper pepper mash. After ageing the reaper mash, the solids are dried to preserve their intense heat and bold flavour before being folded into fresh honey.
The result is a perfectly balanced sweet-heat drizzle that builds warmth without overpowering the palate.
Perfect with:
Chicken wings
Pizza crusts
Fried chicken
Cheese boards
Roasted vegetables
Flavour profile: Rich honey sweetness with a slow-building, fiery reaper warmth
Maple Mayhem – Habanero Hot Maple Syrup
Heat Level: 3 / 5 (Medium)
Maple Mayhem blends pure Vermont maple syrup with lightly salted, sun-dried habanero pepper mash to create a bold, sweet and savoury syrup with a spicy edge. Smooth, rich and beautifully balanced, it brings just enough heat to transform both savoury dishes and sweet favourites.
Perfect with:
Chicken and waffles
Maple-glazed salmon
Grilled Brussels sprouts
Pork chops
Breakfast classics
Flavour profile: Deep maple sweetness with a warm, savoury habanero kick
