You're welcome to request specific colours or flowers, but there is absolutely no guarentee that the request will be able to be met, in which case, we will contact you to determine a suitable substitute.
You're more than welcome to visit us in store to select your favourite blooms or call us to discuss your bespoke order.

**DELIVERY TIMES**
Delivery is Monday - Friday only.
In store pick-up is available Monday - Saturday.
Commercial properties can expect to receive their delivery by 5pm and residential properties by 7pm at the latest.
Requested delivery times are not guaranteed unless priority delivery is selected at checkout.
If you need your delivery by a certain time please call the store to ensure we are able to fulfil your request.
We guarantee same day delivery for all orders placed before 12pm, if you order after this time, please call the store to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Orders will be scheduled in order of most efficient delivery route. We will try to accommodate your requests for specific delivery times, but cannot be guaranteed unless you select "specific delivery time" as your shipping option.
Pick up in store is available 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday & 9am - 12pm on Saturdays.
