You are welcome to request a customisation, however, due to the large volume of orders we recieve on Mothers Day we can not gaurentee that these requests can be fulfilled in which case, we will make the next closest alternative.

**DELIVERY TIMES**
Mother's Day Pre-Orders will get priority delivery on Mother's Day. Pre-orders must be in before close of business (5pm) on Wednesday 7th May.
Orders received after the 7th of May will be scheduled in order of most efficient delivery route. We will try to accommodate your requests for specific delivery times but cannot be guaranteed due to the high number of deliveries on Mother's Day.
Pick up in store is available during the following times:
8:30am - 5:00pm Friday the 9th
8:30am - 3pm Saturday the 10th
8:30am  - 3pm Sunday the 11th.
 
If no one is home to receive your order, we will leave it in a safe place.
If we are provided an incorrect delivery address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
